Payment on deactivated account

Hello,

I have problem with this. My account which is probably deactivated or I can not log in because it is my old school acount managed by university (@jcu.cz) and I am not student anymore. On this account I got two charges. (First: 12. 6. Microsoft G024201977, msbill.info, -16,52 EUR, second: 11. 7. Microsoft G025317903, msbill.info, -18,03 EUR)

Not sure if this is right place to ask with this problem but I dont know where else ask..

    Hi,

    In this instance you will need to contact your Uni or School that is managing your Azure account and refer the charges on your account also the account is decactivated to check the reason behind that.

    In terms of billing if your account was active usually you need to contact billing team - Billing
