Server disconnected error when try to use azure open ai rest url with custom data!!

When i try to use the url https://xxxxx.openai.azure.com/openai/deployments/SgcGPTModel/extensions/chat/completions?api-version=2023-06-01-preview
with my custom data for chat completion i get the error 500 with server disconnected error message. I have deployed the resources in western europe region. If i try to use after 5pm lisbon time it is working. if i try better 9 am to 5pm lisbon time it is giving error server disconnected.
Does this only with PST working hours?

Could you confirm if you are seeing the same issue in other region as well? What is the model you are using and can you try with Chat Completion API version
2023-05-15and check if that solves the issue?Also, check Azure Service Health page to see if there are any known issues in the West Europe region during the hours you are experiencing the error.

2023-08-02T15:14:41.92+00:00 I checked the health service and everything is okey. I did not deploy the resources to other regions. I have deployed the chat playground as we application in the same region and it works fine.
Only when i am calling the rest api i am getting this error. I tried around 10 am lisbon time and it was working one time.
Most of the time i get the error message server disconnected. Not sure what is causing the issue.

2023-08-07T13:56:28.3066667+00:00 I re-deployed my resources to east-us and it is better now and seems to be with this region also sometimes it is not working. But better than western europe.
