stay connect to internet while in sleep mode problem

Hello, this computer is driving me really insane i almost break my computer just for power sleep mode,
i need help with this power sleep mode connected to internet while in sleep mode,
so nothing works even device manager, my computer is NKTJ9KL
what i tried is
device manager
local group
settings
please help with it im stuck with it almost 5 years

    Please open registry editor and set the value data of ACSettingIndex and DCSettingIndex under HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Power\PowerSettings\f15576e8-98b7-4186-b944-eafa664402d9 and HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Power\PowerSettings\abfc2519-3608-4c2a-94ea-171b0ed546ab to 1. Create the value of type DWORD if it does not exist. Reboot the computer to make the settings take effect.
