This sounds potentially like a permissions issue. In order to view the findings of the vulnerability assessment, your account needs to have the Security Reader role assigned as well as Owner permissions at the resource group level. You also need to have the Defender for Servers Plan 1 or Plan 2. If you want to disable specific findings, you need permission to edit a policy in Azure policy. To disable a recommendation, you need to have the Security Admin role.
Disable vulnerability findings
