Add MS ODBC Text driver as a data source

I am attempting to set up a new data source using the Microsoft ODBC Text driver. I set it up as a user source,
but later realized that I wanted a system ds. I removed the user ds and re-added it as a system ds. I received
a message that the ds already existed and did I want to overwrite the old one (which I had previously removed).
I responded yes. After this, the ds was invisible in 64 ODBC Administrator and also in Crystal Reports for Visual
Studio. I am running under Windows 11. Where do I go from here?

1.May I know your purpose of setting up a new data source by using the Microsoft ODBC Text driver? Like developing something or preparing to write some code? If so, could you let me know what kind of project and programming language are you using?
2.Are you using SQL Server? Did you follow any documentations or guides?

2023-08-05T17:15:29.38+00:00 Your response pointed me in the right direction. I can now access my CSV file from my CR report. I was able to design my report successfully. However, I am getting a logon failed error message at run time. I would suppose that a logon would not be required for a .CSV file. Any suggestions?
