add multiple accounts to teams - not available

im trying to add another account to teams - i do not seem to have this option? do i need to enable this feature on the back-end???

when i go to manage account i have no options to add a second account?

    As to I know, currently you can only sign in with one business account and add other personal account.

    If you need to open two business accounts or more at the same time, you can do so with the browser, like Edge or Chrome then create different user profile for each Teams account. That way you don't need to sign out sign in to switch account.
