Windows Pro 11 VM in Hyper-V doesn't show full screen

I have gone to the display in the VM and set that to the max resolution. I also have enhanced mode selected. As you can see, it doesn't cover the full screen when maximized.

    Hi,

    Please open the virtual machine settings and select Integration Services from the left pane. Check all the services listed in the right pane and reboot the virtual machine. Move the Display configuration slider to Large in the popup Connect window, and then connect to the virtual machine.
