We want to ask you that we have a collaborator who had problems taking his Azure AZ 104 exam in July 2023. Given this, the collaborator proceeded to generate a ticket to find out the reason and told them that it was due to technical problems; likewise, he followed up a second ticket to find out what had happened. The answer that you gave was that, due to unfounded issues, the collaborator will not be able to take their face-to-face or virtual exam for a period of 6 months. Given this, we ask you what we can do so that our collaborator can carry out the certification in person in these months. I have to tell you that the creation of these 2 tickets to you was for a reason to improve our processes and to meet our objectives as a company through the certification of our collaborators.
