How to assigne a role, for ex data curator role, in root collection of Azure Purview by REST API

Hello, good day.

I would like to know if there is an endpoint by using REST API call to assign a data curator role or another role to a user or a managed identity, in an Azure Purview collection.

I appreciate any information regarding this.

You can use the REST API to add a collection administrator. Instructions to use the REST API to add a collection admin can be found in our REST API for collections documentation. For additional information, you can see our REST API reference.

Hi. good day, how are you?

Thank you very much for your answer and help.
I explored granting a collection administrator role but, even though I granted this role to the managed identity of ADF, this role doesn't allow ADF to connect to purview.

Everything works fine when I grant the data curator role to ADF but it seems that there is no API to manage role assignment over the purview collection.

Yes, there is no API to manage role assignment over the purview collection.
