FixMissingMSI Tool is not working and stopped

Hello

When I tried to run the FixMissingMSI tool in order to fix the missing MSI/MSP files on SQL Server, its been stopped and not working and showing the below error message.

Did anyone have an idea about how to fix this?User's image
