Since this morning we are continuously receiving a popup when Microsoft Outlook is active.
It is shown twice and blocks working in outlook completely. Is this a virus? How can I get rid of it?
I don’t want google to have access to my emails etc.

I have configured an gmail account in MS Outlook for more more than a year so it is strange that this suddenly occurs.

    Hi @Luc V ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the popup? If possible, please provide a screenshot of it for our better research. (In order to avoid the privacy leakage, please remember to hide your personal information.)

And is everything OK in Gmail on web?

If everything is ok on Gmail.com, considering that it may be caused by the damage of the profile/data file in the Outlook client, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile (Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

    Hi Christy,

Sorry for the delay, but as they say in Belgium: "no news is good news".

    The problem has been solved.

Thank you very much for your assistance!

    Best regards,

    Luc Vanspauwen
