Terrible experience in the ESL process

Hello,

I'm not a native English speaker and Azure exams are not available in my native language, I have been trying since more than a week to get permission for extra time for non-english speakers (ESL) to use it for my upcoming Azure exams (not yet scheduled).

The Pearson VUE makes the process so difficult and very long that I almost gave up!

Every time I send the request, they reply to my email (after 3 days) with a new request and for more details!! For example: they asked me to add a logo to the request document, adding an employer's signature, etc.!!! (I'm wondering now, doesn't anyone who is self-employed or a freelancer deserve an ESL? Why do they need an employer's signature and company logo? How exactly is this related to ESL)

I wonder why it is such a difficult process to get the ESL for Azure exams compared to AWS where it is an automatic process that takes exactly a minute to get approval for it!!!

I think Azure should to make this process easier (like what AWS have done)... and not let awful third-party companies (Pearson VUE) to handle this for them!!.
