Serious problems with importing and exporting contacts in Outlook through a CSV delimited file.

  1. Mismatch of fields.
  2. Some hieroglyphs in the CSV file, in empty fields.
  3. Accordingly, when importing, complete nonsense is imported.

Here is the very beginning of the file for one record (then it gets even worse):

"Appeal", "Name", "Patronymic", "Surname", , "Organization", "Department", "Position",....

"Mr","Xxx**,** Mr. Andrey Viktorovich, ","Viktorovich","Xxx","","Yyy LLC","","Manager",....

"Appeal" - "Mr"

"Name" - "Xxx**,** Mr. Andrey Viktorovich, " - WTF?

"Patronymic" - "Viktorovich"

"Surname" - "Xxx"

"Suffix" - ""

"Organization" - "NPU-SYSTEMS LLC"

.....

"Country" - ""ˮ漢" - WTF?

The CSV Format seems to be Outlook specific. While it's not technically valid "CSV" it imports correctly in my Outlook. You just cant manually modify it.
