Hello,

I have an enterprise application on Azure that integrates with Genesys Cloud, I have activated the LDAP/Azure and I want to activate the auto-provisioning to synchronize the users from AD automatically.

But by starting the provisioning I discovered that the action import all users from AD and not only those in users and groups.

when I want to stop the provisioning, I see that the Incremental cycle continues the processed changes and all users were imported to Genesys :(

How could I rollback this action please from Azure? and what should I do to fix the config?

Regards,

Rihab

Hi @Rihab Ben-Malek , Unfortunately there is no automatic rollback feature in Azure. please follow the following documents to help with this:

To fix the configuration, you should follow these steps:

    1. Define the scope for provisioning: You can control the scope by assigning specific users or groups to the app, or by using an attribute-based scoping filter.
    2. Configure scoping filters: Refer to the Scoping filter tutorial for instructions on how to configure scoping filters.

After adjusting the scope and scoping filters, you can re-enable the Azure AD provisioning service for Genesys Cloud for Azure and monitor your deployment.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.

    thanks for your answer.

I have one more question: if I wanto to delete a user from Azure , is the provionning delete the user from genesys cloud too ?

and when I change the configuration end enable the provisionng, I see that some errors are being retried and I fear that add others users not concerned
