To fix the configuration, you should follow these steps:
- Define the scope for provisioning: You can control the scope by assigning specific users or groups to the app, or by using an attribute-based scoping filter.
- Configure scoping filters: Refer to the Scoping filter tutorial for instructions on how to configure scoping filters.
After adjusting the scope and scoping filters, you can re-enable the Azure AD provisioning service for Genesys Cloud for Azure and monitor your deployment.
