Special character in CLU gives wrong intents

HI Team,
CLU gives unexpected intent with high confidenceScore for special characters like *, //, \., @. Could you please help us to resolve the issue, when we search for special characters to get top intent as None or to get less confidence score.

Please find the attachment below for reference. when we search for special characters like *, /, @, # we are expecting not get any top intent or intent with confidenceScore more than 0.7.
