Unable to purchase trial license for newly created Microsoft 365 account.

Question

I have created new M365 account for testing purpose , where i can access free trial license from purchase services(I have done the same in past for all new accounts to try trial licenses).

I have tried reaching Microsoft care multiple times , no progress(one suggested ticket will be created , backend team will contact - no one did and other suggested to wait for 2 days as it is new tenant ). since licenses are not enabled unable to create service request.

I have tried different browsers(incognito) and device as well, same error is displayed.

Please assist me on this issue
