Sign up issue with microsoft azure account

Hi,

I have been trying to sign up to azure giving my credit card information but it is not accepting. I am using a debit master card in which the cardholder name is not displayed in the card, but the other information are correct. Is there a way to sign up to azure without the requirement of cardholder name but with other card details?

Dear Mishka,

Azure does accept Debit Cards, as described here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/understand/pay-bill#credit-or-debit-card, as a payment method but with some exceptions like:

Debit cards aren't accepted as payment for Azure subscriptions in Brazil and Hongkong regions.

Are you trying against any of those two regions?

Have you checked with your bank if international transcantions are enabled?
