Message recall not working with signature service

Hi

We use a signature365 as a email signature solution.
We use it also for internal emails. But now message recall isn't working anymore for internal emails, because they are sent to signature365 first.
Is there a way make message recall work in that scenario?

That's something you'll have to address with the third-party vendor, Microsoft has no way of controlling how message recall works once the message leaves the confines of Exchange Online.
