Can I change from V core to DTU directly in the portal or I need to write any code.

As with 2 V Cores it is costing me around $300 and with 100 DTU s it is $150

You can directly convert from Vcore model to DTU model from Portal itself.

You can't switch back to DTU from vCore Hyperscale if longer than 45 days if I'm correct
