Only one user in the cloud cannot open the shared calendar of all users on-premise.

Hi All,

Our customer has an issue with the shared calendar for only one user in the cloud, other users are fine.

The error picture below is occurring when trying to open the shared calendar.

How can I resolve this? Please suggest a solution.

    There's not much to go on, given the error message above. It's probably best if you open a service request to report this.

    To cover the basics, ask the user to try with a different browser, preferably using Incognito/Private session. Try and verify whether he can access other shared calendars, to exclude potential issues with his own account. Removing/re-adding the permissions on the calendar might help too.
