Login.gov with Authentication app codes not working

Hello, I'm trying to sign in to Login.gov (to my globalentry account) and when needed to enter the one-time code from the microsoft authentication app it tells is noy valid. Tried several times, it's just not working anymore. Support from Login.gov suggest me to disable the 2FA option from my account, but I don't see how I can do that if I'm no being able to log in due to it. Also told me to reach help from the app developer. Thank you in advance for your time and help. Best regards

I have a similar issue, my best guess is the Login.Gov dropped the MS Authenticator since it is no longer listed as an option. That means I have to go recreate all this stuff which is a huge waste of my time. I should know better than to count on MS apps.
