How can I schedule emails based on a form response?

I'm trying to send emails to specific employees with data collected via a Microsoft Form. The form would have a "start on" date, which would be used to set the email delivery dates: 90 days and 180 days after the start on date.

I would use Power Automate here, but those flows time out after 30 days, so I'm not sure how to approach this. I definitely want to keep this within the microsoft system, if possible.

You can leverage Azure Logic Apps. Logic Apps provides a more robust workflow automation platform compared to Power Automate.

    Hi @Luke Dotterer ,

Agreed with Vahid that you can consider using Azure Logic Apps for this requirement. And there's a dedicated "Azure Logic Apps" tag in Q&A, so, if necessary, you can start a new thread with the "Azure Logic Apps" tag so that community users there can help look into it.

If you still prefer to use Power Automate, please understand that Power Automate is currently not supported in Q&A, it’s recommended to post in the Power Automate Community via: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Power-Automate/ct-p/MPACommunity

    Thanks for your understanding.
