Forbid students from starting or scheduling meetings in a Class Team

Is it possible to disable the possibility for students to start or schedule meeting in "Class team"?

In my experience, you can manage Teams meeting policy to disable the specific user to create channel meeting. The CsTeamsMeetingPolicy cmdlets enable administrators to control the type of meetings that users can create or the features that they can access while in a meeting.
