I have a website which hosted on the cloud but it goes down can anyone recommendable the resolution as hosting space is 75GB and utilization is only 4GB, Does Microsoft provide the hosting as Google provide

Based on the link you provided, you are running a site on PHP. It would make little sense to run this on a standalone Windows Server VM. However I would recommend using MS Azure App service and link your PHP webapp to Azure cloud storage for the large amounts of data.
