I have migrated from SBS Exchange to MS 365 Exchange online.

Now that migration is complete, I think that the DNS records should have been changed to remove the DNS

Mail A Record

and the 2nd SPF (Txt) Record pointing at the old fixed IP.

Should I remove them or change them to something associated with MS 365 Exchange for Business

SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records are used to specify which servers are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. With Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, you must have an SPF record that includes Microsoft's mail servers. You can check the recommended SPF settings from Microsoft 365's.

And for the A record, the MX record is important. Ensure that your MX (Mail Exchange) record points to the Microsoft 365 Exchange Online servers. This record tells other mail servers where to deliver emails to your domain.
