    Hello Wesley Li

[Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the DLP policies: Make sure that the DLP policies for your environment have been properly configured. You can do this by going to the Power Automate Admin Center and checking the Data Policies section.]

Regarding the above step, can you please elaborate on the steps on what config needs to be checked in the DLP policies page?

    Thanks

    Hello

The error message you mentioned suggests that there is an issue with the environment data loss prevention (DLP) policies. DLP policies are used to prevent the accidental or intentional sharing of sensitive information outside of an organization. If the DLP policies for your environment could not be found, it’s possible that they have not been properly configured or that there is an issue with the Power Automate service.

Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the DLP policies: Make sure that the DLP policies for your environment have been properly configured. You can do this by going to the Power Automate Admin Center and checking the Data Policies section.

Contact your administrator: If you’re not sure how to check or configure the DLP policies, you may want to contact your administrator for assistance. They should be able to help you resolve any issues with the DLP policies.

Check for service issues: It’s possible that there could be an issue with the Power Automate service that is causing the error. You can check the Power Platform Admin Center for any known issues or service outages.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue and successfully create a connection in Power Automate.
