WILLING TO RENEW SAP CERTIFICATE , UNBLE TO CONNECT CERTIFICATE

PLEASE GUIDE HOW TO MERGE TWO PROFILES

i am unable to connect certification profile.

by mistake i choose another mail id ,please help me to manage and merge my two different accounts
