We are in the process of migrating to Exchange Online. Hybrid Deployment. Some users are migrated. Half still on prem. We have an on prem distribution group with message approval. On prem members have an approval button when receiving from the group. The approval button is missing for the migrated members. How do I fix this for the migrated members? Thanks.

    Hi @mara2021 ,

Thanks for posting our Q&A forum.

One possible reason for the missing approval button is that the TNEF encoding is turned off for the remote domain configuration. You may need to check and enable this setting for the migrated members to see the button.

Enable TNEF on the remote domain settings of the server from where email is being sent for moderation. Enabling TNEF under remote domain settings will ensure that moderator receives the approve/reject button to take desired action. If the remote domain does not exist on-premises, you can create one using New-RemoteDomain.
