You can raise a support request from Azure Portal with your application ID and subscription ID to get status of your application. Since this access is granted after a waitlist the timeline to provide access may vary.

Also, please add maccount@microsoft.com and csgate@microsoft.com to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your registration, including a verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.

傅霖(Jeremy) I have checked this internally and see that your applicationID 101592 for GPT-4 access is passed all the requirements and added to waitlist. You will be enabled once there is capacity.

Unfortunately, there is no exact ETA which we can share at this time. You need may need to wait for a while for the final access.

As suggested earlier, Please add maccount@microsoft.com and csgate@microsoft.com to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your registration, including a verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.
