cannot find my subscription

Hello,
I signed up for the azure last week. I created a new subscription and created a new VM. I cannot find my subscription and my VM in the azure portal anymore. But I am able to RDP to the VM. Please help!!

Prrudram-MSFT 28,156 Reputation points2023-08-07T06:24:28.33+00:00 This looks like a cosmetic issue with Azure Portal. Try below and let me know the outcome.
- Login to azure portal with the correct credentials and from the global search field, look for the subscriptions. and under the subscriptions page, you should see your subscription. If not, it means either you have not logged in with the correct user account or the user account does not have permissions to access the subscription created. In such case look for an email that was sent you during the subscription creation for details.

- In case, you see the subscription in the list but not the VM in virtual machines blade, please change browser and login to portal and check all services->virtual machines?
- If you still cannot see the VM, i recommend resetting the portal settings.

Thanks for the quick reply. I tried your steps and still not seeing my subscription. When I try to go thru my browser history, I am getting the following error.
You do not have authorization to access the VirtualMachine resource. Resource ID: /subscriptions/b143df58-0c47-4d0a-8e20-ffeb5ba8180d/resourcegroups/Logicly/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/Logicly-API, Status Code: 403, Status Message: The client '****@logicly.ai' with object id '' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/read' over scope '/subscriptions/b143df58-0c47-4d0a-8e20-ffeb5ba8180d/resourcegroups/Logicly/providers/Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/Logicly-API' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials.**

2023-08-10T06:30:56.76+00:00 The error message indicates that the client '******@logicly.ai' does not have authorization to perform the 'Microsoft.Compute/virtualMachines/read' action over the specified scope. Did you make any changes to the admin account when you have created the subscription? or do you have another account that has owner permissions on subscription?
