How to create a local sharepoint environment

Dear all,
I am using Google Drive which allows me to create a local version of Drive that I can sync. Like this:
I would like to do the same thing with SharePoint but for some reason, I do not get this working. Any thoughts on how I can get a similar structure working for SP?
