Hi, as the title said, the Remote Desktop app on iPhone only work when my iPhone is connected to a WiFi, otherwise it will display the 0x4 error.

This error does not occur on Android app as far as I know.

Is there anyway I can tackle this please? Many thanks.

    Hello @alexlmlo

    • Esure you have a stable and strong cellular signal.
    • Make sure the Remote Desktop app is allowed to use cellular data.
    • Ensure Remote Desktop app is allowed to refresh in the background when using cellular data. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Background App Refresh."
    • You might also try resetting network settings. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings."
    • Temporarily disabling any security apps.
