- Esure you have a stable and strong cellular signal.
- Make sure the Remote Desktop app is allowed to use cellular data.
- Ensure Remote Desktop app is allowed to refresh in the background when using cellular data. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Background App Refresh."
- You might also try resetting network settings. Go to "Settings" > "General" > "Reset" > "Reset Network Settings."
- Temporarily disabling any security apps.
