Hello All,

When I create a VM in SCVMM, it assigns me an IP from the selected pool and everything works fine (physically). but it does not reduce the number of available IPs in the pool. I keep seeing the same amount of available IPs in IP Pools Why? I did the test, created another VM and reserved the next free IP in my pool in the same way - everything is ok but I still see the same number of available IPs. please help

    Hi,

It seems like you're experiencing an issue with SCVMM 2022 not correctly updating the available IP addresses in the IP pool after creating and reserving VMs. This could be due to a few reasons:

    1. Refresh IP Pools: Sometimes, the SCVMM console might not update in real-time. Try refreshing the IP Pools view to see if the available IP count updates correctly. Right-click on the IP Pool in the SCVMM console and select "Refresh" or use the refresh button if available.
    2. Restart SCVMM Services: Restart the SCVMM services to see if it resolves the issue. You can do this by restarting the "System Center Virtual Machine Manager" service on the SCVMM server.
    3. Update SCVMM: Ensure that you are using the latest version of SCVMM. There might have been updates or patches released that address this issue.
