No certification profile

Question

Following this guide to try and view certifications:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/support/learn-profile-manage#connect-and-manage-your-certification-profile

Under "Connect and manage your certification profile" the guide says to go to "connected certifcation profile" tab on the left, but this does not exist.

Under Profile>Certifications>Connect it says no certification profile found and asks me to add a different account, but the certifcation was completed with this account credentials.

How do I actually view my certifications?
