I am using Azure Open AI with BYOD and and the documents i have uploaded is in Portuguese.
Whatever the question i ask with open ai rest url i always get
The retrieved documents do not provide enough information to answer your question. Please try another query or topic
But when i try in the cognitive search explorer i see that documents are listed for my search.
Is there any way i can fix this to produce helpful chat completion answers.

2023-08-08T08:13:38.81+00:00 it is not just one document it is more than 600 html files and 400 pdf files and its all private to the organization. Is there any other way i can debug and fix.
