I'm have issues with my personal computer.

Pearson Vue site :
Tablets can only be used as a screen, paired with an external keyboard. Touch screens cannot be used for your exam.

Check Pearson Vue requirements and perform a system test in order to solve issues previosuly to get exam. Good Luck!!
