Done all below steps
DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

DISM /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth,

Sfc /scannow

Software distribution rename
c/windows/system32/group policy/machine/reg.pol deleted

Restarted all the services like wuauserv,winmgmt,bits,cryptsvc,ccmexec

Wuahandler.log file also attached

Microsoft Security | Intune | Configuration Manager | Other
