    Hello Jennifer,

Thank you for your question and for reaching out with your question today.

To download Adobe apps on your Surface Go 3 running Windows 11, follow these steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Store: Click on the Microsoft Store icon on your Windows 11 taskbar to open the Microsoft Store app.
    2. Search for Adobe App: In the Microsoft Store, use the search bar at the top-right corner to search for the specific Adobe app you want to download. For example, you can search for "Adobe Acrobat Reader" or "Adobe Photoshop Express."
    3. Select the App: Once you find the Adobe app you want, click on it to open its store page.
    4. Download and Install: On the app's store page, you'll see an "Install" button. Click on it to start the download and installation process.
    5. Wait for Installation: The Microsoft Store will download and install the Adobe app on your Surface Go 3. The progress will be displayed on the app's store page.
    6. Launch the App: After the installation is complete, you can click the "Open" button from the app's store page to launch the Adobe app.

Remember that not all Adobe apps are available in the Microsoft Store. Some Adobe apps, like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, are traditionally downloaded and installed from Adobe's official website. For these apps:

    1. Visit Adobe's Website: Open your preferred web browser on your Surface Go 3 and go to Adobe's official website (www.adobe.com).
    2. Search for the App: Use the search bar on Adobe's website to search for the specific Adobe app you want to download.
    3. Download the App: On the app's webpage, look for a "Download" button or link. Click on it to start the download.
    4. Run the Installer: Once the download is complete, locate the downloaded file (usually in your "Downloads" folder) and double-click it to run the installer. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the app.

Keep in mind that some Adobe apps might require a subscription or an Adobe ID for activation. Make sure you're familiar with the app's licensing and subscription requirements before downloading and installing it.

I had to get the Surface Go 3 out of "S" mode to download from the Adobe website. There was not Adobe reader in the Microsoft Store.
