Sharepoint Lists - Cross Tenant via Teams

Hello.

I think I've hit the private preview wall but would like confirmation or suitable workaround suggestions.

I'm trying to make a SharePoint list created in tenant B available to sync'd users in A, via Teams.

I've enabled cross tenant synchronization between tenants A and B. Users in A can successfully login to B.

User in A is sent the list link, link should work via Teams - it does not. Teams just sits there. The list is also not recognized via app > lists > add link.

(Dev teams work in tenant B, however email/chat is mandated via A - so users in B will never access Outlook/Teams under their B accounts. Dev team have spun up a QnA list in B that needs to be viewable in A w/out switching between the two accounts/tenants.)

Suggestions and thanks!

The user in A CAN access the link (and list) via the web however the connection to teams does not appear to be working.

Has anyone been daft enough to attempt this?

Has anyone had a similar experience and workaround?

Many Thanks,

Hi Luke Murray, it is a pleasure to be able to help you.

Per our research, for editing lists in Teams, you also have the option to add a new tab in the Team channel, please see if this works for you.

You can refer to this documentation:

    Hi,

Thanks for the link - it does not relate to my issue at all.

Are you able to confirm if the cross tenant synchronization , when using teams and SharePoint lists are out of Private Preview as yet?

    Regards,
