Azure OpenAI East US "statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error", "activityId": "f24da1bf-9d93-44d2-b33f-d7ebaf2aaee3"

Always 500 "Internal server error" when requesting OpenAI API using text-embedding-ada-002 model. Service gets Available after few minutes of leaving it alone and when a new request is made it returns 500 as response and Resource health becomes unavailable again. Please advice

as a work around, might suggest to enhance the code to use openai embedding or hf embedding as backup.
