Facing issue of using Azure Openai Embedding service

Hi all, i am facing some issue of using Azure OpenAI embedding service this morning. here is the error log i collected:

2023-08-08 10:38:53.870 HKT

Retrying langchain.embeddings.openai.embed_with_retry.<locals>._embed_with_retry in 4.0 seconds as it raised APIError: Invalid response object from API: '{ "statusCode": 500, "message": "Internal server error", "activityId": "f51c7149-eb41-4fbf-ae2d-177d76f82f18" }' (HTTP response code was 500).

May i know whether it is related to embedding api server ?

I just got an update from product team. There is an ongoing issue which customer received Error 500 for embedding model in EastUS. Product team is working on a fix, I will let you know once there is any update.

Our team deployed a hot fix for this issue and it is resolved now. I would request you to check now and update if you are still seeing the same.

Hi. Embedding was working well last night my time which is 9~10 hours ago.

From this morning, I have different error.

openai.error.APIError: Invalid response object from API: '{"data":{"error":"HTTPError: {\"error\":{\"code\":\"401\",\"message\":\"Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint. Make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource.\"}}","status_code":401},"status":401}' (HTTP response code was 500)

I am not quite sure the error I had yesterday and today are related. But I never had this problem before.

Seongbae Kim This error is different and is not related.

As error states that, "Access denied due to invalid subscription key or wrong API endpoint"

Please make sure to provide a valid key for an active subscription and use a correct regional API endpoint for your resource.

You could create/regenerate a new key and try.

See Retrieve key and endpoint for more details.

My API call is actually via SAP BTP so I think it is different issue that I had originally.
