Hello, I have completed my AZ-204 Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure certification but it doesn't show under certification, rather it shows old expired one. Can you please look into this and assist at the earliest?

I have completed my AZ-204 Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure certification but it doesn't show under certification, Can you please look into this and assist at the earliest?
and i have also completed my AZ-400 , but certificate and badge is not showing
