Hi @Wolves Wang ,
For further troubleshooting, we need more information about your Exchange server. Please clarify some questions:
- What is the version of your Exchange server, CU?
- What about other servers, is the connection normal?
- check the firewall settings on your server and make sure they are configured properly?
It is recommended that you can follow the below suggestions:
1.To verify the Remote Registry Service is running.
Click Start, point to Settings, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, and then double-click Services.
Verify that the Remote Registry Service has a status of Started.
2.Run the Get-ExchangeServer cmdlet via Exchange management shell to check the server status:
Get-ExchangeServer -Identity bjexcas.tcent.cn | Format-List
3.Verify that File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks is enabled for the network adapter.
