I'm trying to understand what I can do with Generative AI services in Azure, but I'm confused. During research, I found 3 'studio's related to generative AI tasks. Azure Machine Learning Studio Azure AI Studio Azure OpenAI Studio Can anyone help me understand the difference and its usage for each 'studio'? Thanks in advance,

@AshokPeddakotla Thanks for your kind explanation, but I still do have a misty part.

From my understanding, 'Azure Machine Learning Prompt Flow' allows users to create an LLM-based application while the Azure AI Studio also allows users to create/experiment OpenAI LLM-based services and even can deploy the chatbot web app.

I want to make clear which service is for the ML engineers and which is for the application developers. Again, I appreciate your help understanding the Azure AI service!

Jackie As mentioned above, Azure Machine Learning studio is designed for data scientists and machine learning engineers who want to create and manage machine learning workflows at scale. With Azure Machine Learning, you can use a variety of tools and frameworks to build and train your models, including Python, R, and TensorFlow.

Azure OpenAI Studio is designed for application developers who want to add AI capabilities to their applications without having to build and train their own models from scratch. With Azure AI Studio, you can use pre-built models and APIs to add AI capabilities to your applications, and you can also deploy your applications to the cloud.

Is this answer still the case? Are all 3 first class citizen or do we expect some form of transition from OpenAI Studio to AI Studio and/or ML to AI Studio?

These are clear descriptions of what each studio is, but it does not really describe the differences. Both Studios allow us to train and deploy models, both Studios van be used to access Azure OpenAI services.

Which studio should I use in which scenario and why?

What are things that can not be done in these Studios that are actually possible (or easier) in the other?
