Cannot enable data connectors programmatically using a User Assigned Managed Identity

Hello,

I am using a User Assigned Managed Identity over an ACI ADO agent to deploy a bicep template which contains a set of data connectors for Microsoft Sentinel, however it seems that this is not possible due to 'access denied, unauthorized' error. It is not defined what permissions are required for this action to take place anywhere in the documentation that I could find, nor is the error message telling me what is missing.

No action taken by MS for over 2 years now.
