Hello All,

I'm facing an issue with my Z drive.
It's accessible on my normal device but while I'm in my remote desktop connection, It sometimes gets automatically disconnected.

Followed all steps available online, still facing the same issues.

    Hello @Abhi-8159

If the shared folders disconnect by themselves, can you connect them back manually? Or try reconnecting your remote session.

Is there a regular pattern to when this happens? For instance, when you use a program that uses a lot of internet, it might disconnect the shared folders. Notice any sudden network problems.  You could perform a speed test to ensure the connection quality.

Try connecting with different internet setups to see if the problem happens.

Make sure the network adapter in your remote session is not set to enter power-saving modes, which can cause disconnections.
