How to fix "Assembly with same name is already loaded" while using Az PowerShell and Microsoft Graph PowerShell module?

Hi,

I am deploying a few Azure resources using az PowerShell and MgGraph PowerShell modules, using deployment script in an ARM Template, while using azpowershell 8.0 and importing a few modules I am getting "Assembly with same name is already loaded". when installing the whole "Microsoft.Graph" Getting a different error stating cannot convert to secure string.
