Registration Timed Out - MFA for Office 365 account

This started happening this week. 2 different cloud accounts within Office 365 that are licensed with E5 or E1 and it will not move past the QR code screen, just times out with a worthless, 0 information error...

@Dalton Reeves Thank you for reaching out to us, As I understand you are couple of your user accounts facing issue while registering authenticator app.

As a troubleshooting step, try to clear the cache and try it again or connect to different wifi network and verify it it helps.
