Messaging Extension - Bot returned unsuccessful status code ServiceUnavailable

In my recent deployment I got the above stated error when I try to open my message extension through a deployed Azure Bot Service.
I couldn't find a way to find any trace in the application logs, hence I'm in the dark with this. Any help is appreciated!

2023-08-09T15:37:17.3133333+00:00 Hello, the thing is that I don't know how to test that. On my Azure, the Bot and the Web Application are both deployed. Checking the query logs doesn't give me much information though. So what I'd need is a troubleshooting guide that let's me look into this properly.
