Unable to find my pearson vue exam result

I open microsoft learn, read a course around the MD-102 Certificate, It send me to select my country and the option to run the exam, I select pearson vue, set the day and hour and run the exam, I cannot find the result on my learning since is not linked to pearson vue since was a redirection from Microsoft Learn to pearson vue I do not create an account in Pearson vue, when I ask for the result with their support, they send me to Microsoft Learn, please help.
